About Hudson Automotive
The roots of Hudson Automotive are strong and deep.
What started in 1948 by George R. "Hoolie" Hudson as a second income for his growing family has grown and evolved into a third-generation family business with multiple locations. In the 1940s Hoolie worked at International Harvester in Evansville, IN. His love for cars and his family led him to sell used cars from a former service station lot in Providence, KY, during nights and weekends to feed both of those loves. In 1955 he added an auto parts business, and in 1960 Hoolie purchased the Chevy-Olds dealership in Providence, which grew quickly and won many national sales awards for its growth and success.
Hard work and impeccable customer service have grown the business from that street corner beginning to all of the Hudson Automotive Operations of today. Under the leadership of Greg Hudson along with his sons David and Andrew, Hudson Automotive offers its customers great brands, a large selection, innovative products and an award-winning sales and service process to give customers the best automotive value possible.
